金沢大学医薬保健研究域保健学系<br />本研究では、急性期病院の状況に対応した認知症看護実践能力を明らかにすることを目的としている。データ収集及び分析は修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチに基づき、急性期病院に勤務する看護師にインタビューを実施した。比較分析の結果、認知症対応型看護実践能力として、急性期を離脱するまでの看護スタッフの相互協力が不可欠であること、高齢者の見守りの工夫、自己の許容量を広げる方策を抽出した。<br />The purp … ose of this study was to clarify competence of nurse caring for hospitalized elderly patients with dementia in medical facilities. This study was a qualitative study using modified grounded theory approach guided data collection and analysis. Registered nurses who care for elderly with dementia in medical facilitieswere interviewed.
