金沢大学人間社会研究域学校教育系<br />本研究の目的は、１年制養護教諭特別別科における実践的指導力を育成するためのカリキュラムの構成を検討することである。健康診断演習、養護実習、保健室ボランティア養護実践研究を中心に学生の学びを分析した。その結果、1年間を見通したカリキュラムデザインの重要性が示唆された。このことは学生が1年間の見通しを持つことにも繋がり重要である。専門科目の講義内容を関連させ、講義と演習、演習と演習、養護実習を意図的に横断的に関連付け、学生が … 統合して考える時間を確保する必要がある。<br />This study was conducted to examine a curriculum structure that is capable of developing practical leadership in the one-year Yogo teacher special course. Health examination exercises, practical training for student Yogo teachers, school health office volunteers, and the Yogo teacher practice research were analyzed to assess learning by students. Results suggest the importance of a one-year outlook for curriculum design leading students to regard their prospects for the year.
