本研究課題は、現代アイスランド語の相互表現を包括的に扱った研究である。主要なトピックとして(1) 語彙的相互動詞(2) 再帰代名詞による相互表現(3) 接尾辞-stをもつ相互動詞(4) 接頭辞sam-をもつ相互動詞(5) 相互性を表す副詞相当句による表現(6) 相互代名詞による表現を取り上げ、動詞を中心とした記述的研究を行なった。動詞が含まれる節内のどの要素の相互性が表されるかが、表現手段ないし動詞の意味により変異すること等を明らかにした。<br />This i … s a comprehensive, descriptive study of reciprocal expressions in Modern Icelandic, centering on verbs.
