金沢大学人間社会研究域人間科学系<br />1955年から2016年までに，主として労働組合が組合員を対象として実施した意識調査に関する情報を広範囲に収集し，整理した．956件の調査に関する情報を収集した．70年第後半から90年代前半にかけて，年に20以上の調査が実施されていたが，それ以降急激に減少している．収集した情報からデータの二次分析を行なった．仕事のやりがい感について，外的価値志向，手段的志向が高まるという理論的予測がなされていたが，それに沿うような結果は … 得られなかった．他方で，流動的で不安定な労働市場にいた女性労働者では，「仕事のやりがい」（内的価値），「会社への帰属意識」（官僚制的志向）が高まっていることが明らかになった．<br />From 1955 to 2016, we gathered information extensively on opinion surveys mainly conducted by trade unions for members, and created a database. As a result, information on 956 surveys was collected. Over 20 surveys were conducted from the late 1970s to the early 1990s, but it has decreased sharply since then.We carried out secondary analysis of data from collected information. There was a theoretical prediction that external value orientation and instrumental orientation increased with regard to motivation of work. However, no analytical results conforming to such a theoretical prediction could be obtained. On the other hand, it became clear that women workers who were in a fluctuating and unstable labor market are increasing "motivation of work" (internal value) and "a sense of belonging to the company" (bureaucratic orientation).<br />研究課題/領域番号:16K13412, 研究期間(年度):2016-04-01 - 2018-03-31 続きを見る
