難易表現については、補助形容詞系の表現について、従来の研究成果もを踏まえて一通りの通時的考察を行い、これらの意味変化の方向性や類型、困難表現と容易表現の非対照性等に関して、見解をまとめた。可能表現については「～アヘズ」「～ヤラズ」等の補助動詞系の表現を中心に、近年の研究成果も踏まえつつ考察を深めた。また危惧表現を可能表現・可能性表現の周辺的表現の一つとして位置づけ、その史的考察に関する見通しを得ようとした。<br />With respect to express … ions denoting degree of difficulty, I examined expressions with auxiliary adjectives based on my previous research from the viewpoint of diachronic change. Through the examination, I described the direction and types of their semantic change and pointed out asymmetrical relations between expressions of difficulty and those of easiness. With respect to denoting ability, I made detailed observations on expressions with auxiliary verbs such as “ahe-zu” or “yara-zu” based on previous studies.
