顎変形症患者に行われる下顎枝矢状分割術と骨延長術における神経組織および神経生理学的変化を調べる目的で家兎を用い実験を行った。すなわち4群に分けた実験系でそれぞれ骨形成関連細胞の局在および骨誘導タンパクの発現等を確認・観察する免疫組織化学的評価について検討を行った。その結果、下顎枝矢状分割術と骨延長術のいずれにおいても対照群の組織学的所見になるまでの時間に相違はあるものの良好な回復が認められた。<br />An experimental study of the p … ostoperative changes on neurogenesis and neurogenic physiology has been carried out using rabbits. Purpose of the study was focused on microscopic changes in surgical sites of the saggital split osteotomy and distraction osteogenesis of the mandible. Experimental animals have divided into four groups. Osteogenesis and neurogenesis followed by surgical maneuver was evaluated histopathologically. Analyses have performed on distribution of osteogenic cells such as osteoblast and osteoclast, or bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) using histo-chemical methods. Results of the study have suggested that experimental groups showed consistent healing compared to sham control following both sagittal split osteotomy and distraction osteogenesis, irrespective of difference of the healing time. 続きを見る
