熱中症及び熱傷性ショックで死亡したグループ(第1群)と,機械的窒息で死亡したグループ(第2群)に分けて,細胞数の比較検討を行ない,病理組織学的観察を行ったところ,機械的窒息死事例の肺組織においては,高温の悪影響による熱中症や熱傷性ショック死事例と比べて,単球及び多核巨細胞が多数認められた。また,一酸化炭素中毒死のグループ(第3群)にもマクロファージ及び多核巨細胞減少の傾向が認められ,遊走する数はある程度,浸出物の多寡と相関する傾向にあった。法医診断において,単球系細胞の観察に … よって,以上3群間の鑑別診断の精度が上がるものと考えられた。<br />Victims of heat stroke or burn shock (Group 1) and those of mechanical asphyxia (Group 2) were examined by the count of mononuclear cells infiltrated. In fact, a larger number of macrophages, as activated monocytes and polynuclear cells were observed in the lung tissues of Group 1 victims than that of Group 2. Also victims of carbon-monoxide poisoning (Group 3) were tested to find that similar tendency was seen as Group 1. 続きを見る
