金沢大学附属病院<br />口腔扁平上皮癌におけるMaspinは64.8%に陽性所見を認めたが、陽性症例では陰性症例に比べて生命予後が良好であった。一方で、高度浸潤能を持つがん浸潤様式(山本・小浜分類) 4D型ではMaspin発現の減弱を認めた。また、uPA/uPARシステムにおけるMaspin発現は、uPA/uPAR発現と逆相関し、uPA(+)/uPAR(+)/Maspin(-)の場合に最も浸潤能が強く、生命予後が最も悪い組み合わせであることが判明した。< … br />Maspin expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) was detected in 64.8%. Patients with positive maspin expression had a significantly better prognosis. In contrast, maspin expression was lower in mode of invasion(Yamamoto-Kohama Critria) 4D type with high invasive potential. Moreover, Maspin expression showed a negative correlation with uPA/uPAR expression in the uPA/uPAR system.
