金沢大学附属病院<br />平成20年度、21年度の本研究により、これまで化学療法に抵抗性であった腎細胞癌及び前立腺癌においても、ノスカピンによる抗腫瘍効果がある程度期待できると推察された。IC50はやや高めの濃度が必要であると考えられるが、これまでの報告によりノスカピンはマウスに投与しても毒性がないことや、人体に対しても大量投与の報告もあるため、今後臨床応用の可能性も考えていく価値があるものと推察された。<br />We confirmed the … anticancer effect of Noscapine to Renal cell carcinoma cell line and Prostate cancer cell line, they had been thought to be resistant to previous reported chemotherapy.
