金沢大学医薬保健研究域保健学系<br />妊娠・出産に関する安全性と快適さの確保を目指し,妊産婦のストレスを適切に評価できる指標を検討した。その結果,妊娠前半期のSense of Coherence(以下SOC)の低さや血清中分泌型免疫グロブリンA(以下s-IgA)の低さが切迫早産や妊娠期・産後におけるうつ傾向と関連していたことが明らかとなった。すなわちSOCやs-IgAは妊産婦の健康に影響するストレスを妊娠早期に適切に評価できる指標と示唆された。<br / … >The purpose of this study was to determine the stress evaluation index for the safety and pleasure of pregnancy and childbirth. This was a panel study conducted on women in their first and latter half of pregnancy and one month after the delivery. The women enrolled in the study were asked to complete the survey questionnaire and provide blood samples for the determinations of physiological indicators. We found that low serum secretory immunoglobulin A(s-IgA) levels and low sense of coherence(SOC) scores in the first half of pregnancy were associated with threatened premature birth and depression.
