ブダペシュトのルカーチ・アルヒーブにルカーチと日本人との180通の往復書簡(すべて戦後)が眠っていた。この新資料の解読により、具体的な問題に即して思想家ルカーチの考えや態度を知る材料が豊かになったと同時に、日本の問題として書簡の大方の内容をなす翻訳問題を中心に、ルカーチ受容史、ひいては思想文化史に新たな道が開かれることになった。ドイツ語と英語から成る書簡を要約し、調査事項を註釈として付した冊子を作成した。今後の研究の特異な基礎資料の一つである。<br />Abou … t 180 letters between Lukacs and Japanese are in the Lukacs-Archiv in Budapest, but this correspondence was unknown before. My study of this letters has made the image of Lukacs as man and thinker richer. As many of the letters concern themselves in translation of Lukacs' works, a new channel to the history of his reception in Japan has been opened through their study.
