マウスの皮膚創傷全層欠損創に対する治癒への影響を検討した.エストロゲンは卵巣摘出のマウスで創傷治癒促進効果があったが,雄マウスには効果がなかった.効果は雌のみなのかはさらに検討の余地がある.イソフラボンの創傷治癒促進効果はほとんど無かった.肥満マウスは,創作製後に急激に痩せたので,肥満が治癒を遅延させるかは不明であった.リンパ管新生の抑制は治癒を遅延させるようだ.蜂蜜は種類によって創傷または熱傷創の治癒効果は異なることから,いろいろな種類を試す必要がある.<br /&g … t;We investigated factors that affect the healing of full-thickness cutaneous wounds in mice. Estrogen was effective for wound healing in ovariectomized mouse, but not in male mouse. There is room for further investigation on whether it is effective only in females. The effect of isoflavone on wound healing was not clear. It was also unclear whether obesity caused a delay of wound healing because the obese mice dramatically lost weight after wounding. It is thus necessary to re-examine models of obesity. Inhibition of lymphangiogenesis seemed to delay the healing.
