and no Al_2O_3・TiO_2 was observed. Therefore, the solid state reaction among MgO, TiO_2 and Al_2O_3 with excess MgO was studied at various firing temperatures. The formation mechanism of MgO・Al_2O_3-2MgO・TiO_2 solid solutions was studied from the results of interface reactions between MgO-TiO_2 and MgO-Al_2O_3. MgO・Al_2O_3-2MgO・TiO_2 solid solutions were detected at 1573-1673 K and increased with the firing temperature. 2MgO・TiO_2 was formed in the system MgO-TiO_2, but was not produced in the system MgO-TiO_2-Al_2O_3, because the amount of Mg diffusion at the interface of aggregate and matrix additives was not enough due to the large aggregate size of MgO. MgO・Al_2O_3 and 2MgO・TiO_2 formed at the interface between MgO-TiO_2 and MgO-Al_2O_3 decreased with the firing time at 1873 K. On the other hand, MgO・Al_2O_3-2MgO・TiO_2 solid solutions increased. Mg was recognized in the matrix without addition of MgO as a matrix. Al diffused in the layer of MgO-TiO_2, in opposition Ti diffused in the layer of MgO-Al_2O_3 by EPMA analysis. From the above results, the formation mechanism of a MgO・Al_2O_3-2MgO・TiO_2 solid solution was proposed; (1) Mg diffusion at the interface of MgO aggregate and matrix additives, (2) formation of MgO・TiO_2 and MgO・Al_2O_3, (3) formation of 2MgO・TiO_2 due to the reaction with MgO・TiO_2 and MgO, (4) reaction of the solid solution with MgO・Al_2O_3 and 2MgO・TiO_2. In the reactions between MgO・TiO2 and MgO-Al_2O_3 the product layer of MgO・Al_2O_3-2MgO・TiO_2 solid solution increased as the firing time increased. The diffusion coefficient of Mg was about 4.8×10^<-7>(cm^2/s), in a good agreement with that of Mg which was reported.

The spectra and T1 of NMR in solids were measured for [M(H2O)6][AB6] crystals to investigate the static and dynamic structure of H2O and [M(H2O)6]2+ as well as the dynamics of the electron spin in the paramagnetic M2+ ion. The physical properties of [M(H2O)6] [AB6] were found to be as follows: (1) The spin-lattice relaxations of the electron spin of M2+ in [M(H2O)6] [SiF6] (M2+ = Fe 2+ , Co2+ , Ni2+) are dominated by the Orbach process, the Orbach process, and the Raman process, respectively. The spin-lattice relaxation of the electron spin of Cu2+ in [Cu(H 2O)6][PtCl6] is caused by jumping between the Jahn-Teller configurations. (2) In [Cu(H2O)6] [PtCl 6], H2O and [Cu(H2O)6]2+ undergo 180° flips and jumping between the different Jahn-Teller configurations, respectively. A weakening of the hydrogen bond O-H⋯Cl upon deuteration results in a lowering of the transition temperature. (3) In [M(H2O)6][SiF6], H2O and [M(H 2O)6]2+ undergo 180° flips and reorientation about the C3, axis, respectively. The order-disorder transition is closely related to a freezing of this reorientation. (4) By elongation of [M(H2O)6]2+ along the C 3 axis, the mobility becomes higher. (5) The disorder of [Fe(H 2O)6]2+ in the high-temperature phase of [Fe(H2O)6][SiF6] is dynamic. Rotational modulation of [Mg(H2O)6]2+ along the C 3 axis exists in the incommensurate phase of [Mg(H2O) 6] [SiF6].

After oral ingestion of the radioactive compound, radioactive substances excreted in urine after 48 hr were 6-methyl-2-thiouracil, 6-methyl-uracil, 6-methyl-2-methylthiouracil, 6-methyl-4-oxo-pyrimidine, 2-amino-6-methyl-4-oxopyrimidine, and urea which were present in about 46.2,9.1,1.6,1.8,0.2,and 0.8% of total radioactivity in the urine, respectively. In in vitro tests using rat liver slices, radioactivity was also detected in 5,6-dihydro-6-methyluracil along with the above metabolites.

times (TR:TR2=2TR1, i.e., TR1=400ms and TR2=800ms) were performed in MnCl2 phantom. Then, we assessed effects of the echo train length (ETL) , effective echo time (TE) , and T2 correction for T1 measurement, when changed each imaging parameter. Besides, we evaluated with comparison between the dual-echo FSE method and mixed sequence. With optimizing FSE imaging parameters, i.e., effective TE, TR, and low ETL, the measurement values of T1 and T2 revealed significantly higher correlation between the dual FSE method and mixed sequence. Moreover, the T2 correction to calculate T1 value could be omitted by shortening first effective TE. The dual-echo FSE method makes it possible to measure T1 and T2 fast and easily and to obtain more detailed information of organizations in human.

A method using the ^2H-NMR spectra was shown to be useful to study the solid state physics in diamagnetic and paramagnetic compounds and in crystals having a modulated structure. The spectra and T_1 of NMR in solids were measured for [M(H_2O)_6][AB_6] crystals to investigate the static and dynamic structure of H_2O and [M(H_2O)_6]^<2+> as well as the dynamics of the electron spin in the paramagnetic M^<2+> ion. ), a new nitrogen mustard type antitumor agent, were investigated in various experimental animals. The LD_<50> value by intraperitoneal single injection of CAP-2 was 60.0 mg/kg for female mice and 65.0 mg/kg for male mice 7 days after injection. Female and male received a maximum tolerated dose of 30 mg/kg and 25 mg/kg, respectively, of CAP-2 intraperitoneally once a day for 7 days. Decrease of spontaneous motalities, mild prolongation of sleeping time, hypothermia, and analgesic action were observed by intraperitoneal injection in mice of a dose of 30 mg/kg of CAP-2,but not at smaller doses. In the isolated large intestine of the guinea pig, a low concentration of CAP-2 caused relaxation and a decrease of activity which was antagonistic for acetylcholine, but not for barium chloride. Intestinal relaxation disappeared and changed to intestinal contraction by the repeated application of CAP-2 (1×10^<-4>g/ml). CAP-2 (1×10^<-4>g/ml) caused intestines relaxed by atropine to contract and increased their activity. This contraction was inhibited by paraverine. In the isolated heart of the frog, CAP-2 showed a negative inotropic action and a concentration of 1×10^<-4>g/ml inhibited the diastric standstill by acetylcholine. CAP-2 did not affect femoral vessel flow in the frog even at a concentration of 3×10^<-2>g/ml. CAP-2 tended to contract the rectus abdominis muscle of the frog. In the rabbit, CAP-2 (1-5mg/kg, i.v.) exhibited a temporary hypotensive action and weak respiratory stimulation. From these results, it was confirmed that CAP-2 has a depressant effect on the central nervous system and an anticholinergic action on the peripheria.

<2+>はNaBH_4を用いて還元すると、ジスルフィド配位子を持つ、[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S_2)](1)となる。この錯体1のジスルフィド配位子は酸素と強い親和性を示し、空気中で容易に酸素化され、一連の無機硫黄酸化物、チオールスルフィナート錯体[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-SSO)](2)、チオールスルホナート錯体[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-SS(O)_2)](3)、α-ジスルホキシド錯体cis-[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S(O)SO)](4)、trans-[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S(O)SO)](5)を与える。さらに、錯体2あるいは3をm-CPBAなどの過酸化物で酸化するとα-ジスルホン錯体[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S(O)_2SO_2)](6)を生成する。この一連の二核ロジウム錯体中で、S-S結合はRh-Rh結合に対して平行にサイドオンし、その結果、二つの硫黄原子と二つのロジウム原子からなるメタラサイクル骨格を形成している。錯体中のCp^*Rh-RhCp^*基の強い電子供与性により、高次に酸素化されたジスルフィド種も配位子として二核ロジウム錯体中に組込まれている。単離したこれらの二核ロジウム硫黄酸化物錯体の反応性について明らかにするとともに錯体6の還元により錯体3が生成することを見いだした。なお錯体3の錯体1への還元には成功していないが、錯体3とI_2(あるいは、ICH_2CH_2I)との反応で一部、[{(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2}_2(μ_4-S_4)]^<2+>が生成することを見いだし、Rh-Rh結合上で人工的な硫黄の循環を達成した。<br />Inorganic sulfur species with oxidation states between -2 and +6 have been isolated as the ligands in the rhodium dinuclear complexes from the oxygenation of disulfido complex [(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S_2)] (1)with O_2 in the air. The isolated oxysulfur complexes are the thiolsulfinato complex [(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-SSO)] (2),thiolsulfonato complex [(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-SS(O)_2)] (3),α-disulfoxido complex cis-[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S(O)SO)] (4),and traps-[(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S(O)SO)] (5).Using peroxides such as m-CPBA, complex 1 as well as 2 and 3 gave the α-disulfone complex [(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2(μ-S(O)_2SO_2)] (6).These dinuclear complexes have a dithiodirhodium metalacycle framework where the S-S moiety coordinates to the Rh-Rh group in a side-on fashion. The strong electron donation group of Cp^*Rh-RhCp^* allows the high grade oxygenated sulfur species of α-disulfone to work still as the didentate ligand through both S atoms. In this research the reactivity of the isolated oxysulfur complexes towards electrophiles and nucleophiles has been explored. Complex 6 is readily reduced to 3 by NaBH_4, not to 1. Although we did not succeed yet in the reduction of 3 to 1, but found that the reaction of 3 with I_2 or ICH_2CH_2I produces the precursor of 1, [{(RhCp^*)_2(μ-CH_2)_2}_2(μ_4-S_4)]^<2+>. ation cell phase of the crop leaf in the net photosynthesis process were obtained by the concept of “rate of process” in the engineering science. To solve the CO2 mass transfer problem of the crop leaf in net photosynthesis, CO2-H2O equilibrium at the assimilation-aerenchyma tissue interface within the crop leaf, Henry's Law, was introduced and the net photosynthetic reaction was approximated by a pseudo-1st order irreversible form. Simultaneously, in order to estimate quantitatively kL and the over-all gas phase CO2 mass transfer coefficient kG from the practical observed results of the net photosynthetic rate RA, the graphical method and its procedure were proposed, using the results of RA for “rice” presented by Yabuki (1992). The summary is as follows: 1) CO2 mass transfer of a crop leaf in the photosynthesis process is a gas absorption-reaction. It is also a diffusion phenomenon in a gas-liquid binary system and the mechanism of CO2 absorption may be represented schematically by a “two-film penetration diffusion model”. 2) Analytical solutions and the graphical method are available for evaluation of kL and kG from RA observed in the field. These basic analytical procedures for gas absorption engineering are useful to obtain the correlation of the net photosynthesis reaction rate constant k1 with RA and CO2 mass transfer coefficients. 3) k1 is a primary characteristic parameter to evaluate the net photosynthetic ability of the crop. The over-all assimilation cell phase CO2 mass transfer coefficients, KL, kL, and kG depend on k1. Therefore, to estimate a valid RA or an appropriate net photosynthetic ability of the crop leaf, CO2 mass transfer coefficients correlated with k1 must be used.

%)でその増幅は不均一であった。Multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA)及びFISH では、HER2とMYCの同一腫瘍細胞内での増幅が8例に、同じくMYCとFGFR2またはEGFRの同時増幅がそれぞれ1 例にみられた。一方、HER2とEGFR 、HER2/FGFR2 , HER2/MET/FGFR2の同一腫瘍内で異なる細胞上での増幅がそれぞれ7例、1例、1例にみられた。この結果は、胃癌に対する、個別化分子標的療法を行う上で重要であると結論された。<br />By combined analysis of immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) on 475 formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, 51 gastric adenocarcinoma with HER2-amplified cancer cells. The heterogeneity of HER2 amplification, if defined as the existence of less than 50% of cancer cells positive for ERBB2 amplification, the 21 tumors (42%) would be heterogeneous. The combined analysis of multiplex ligation-dependent probe amplification (MLPA) and FISH revealed that, co-amplification in individual cells of HER2 and MYC were found in 8 tumors and MYC/FGFR2, and MYC/EGFR in a case respectively. On the other hand, co-amplification of HER2/EGFR in 7, HER2/FGFR2 in one tumor and HER2/MET/FGFR2 in a tumor, however the respective genes were mutually exclusively amplified. In conclusion, the semi-comprehensive information of amplification status of HER2 and other genes obtained by the combined study of MLPA and FISH may be useful to plan individualized molecular target therapy against gastric cancers.<br />研究課題/領域番号:22590310, 研究期間(年度):2010–2012
