概要: A simple synthetic method for 5H-pyrido[4, 3-b]indole (γ-carboline) derivatives having a methoxycarbonyl group at the 4- … position was developed based on 1-hydroxyindole chemistry. 概要: Methyl 1-hydroxyindole-3-acetate, (±)-2-acetoamino-3-(10hydroxyindol-3-yl)propanol, N__-b-acetyl-1-hydroxytryptamine, (± … )- and (S__-)-(+)-N__-b-acetyl-1-hydroxytryptophan methyl ester, which are needed for inspecting our hypothesis regarding the metabolism of tryptophan, were prepared for the first time.
