玄米品質を向上させるためには水田に流入させる堆肥滲出液の希釈濃度を調節する必要があることが示唆された. Growth, yield and grain quality of Koshihikari cultivated with exuded liquid obtained from piled compost were studied. Organic exuded liquid may be useful for organic cultivation because the yield showed the same as in conventional cultivation. From results obtained here, we suggasted that It is necessary to control the dilution rate of the organic exuded liquid before inflow to the paddy field to improve the grain quality.
