It is important to understand and rectify the difference of quality in owned and rental houses, as the imputed rent of homeownership is estimated from the rent price. Therefore, we used a hedonic price model to identify the factors that influence rent and compared it with the current estimation method used. From the results, we verified the need to incorporate the subdivision of the analysis area and the quality of city planning and housing.<br />出版者の許可を得て登録
