ed by a laser beam irradiation and the edge of consolidated structure obtained is cut with end mill, has been developed to produce an injection molding die. This device has an advantage that the molding die does not have to divide into each block for locating the cooling channels. However, it has difficulty finishing the inner wall located as cooling channels in the injection mold. This paper deals with a polishing of inner wall with flowing slurry at high performance. In order to investigate the influence of various conditions on the polishing of the inner wall, the effects of grain size and polishing time on the polishing characteristics are evaluated experimentally. 近年，金属粉末の積層造形と造形物表面の仕上げ加工を複合化し，高精度に射出成形用金型を造形する加工機が開発され注目されている．本研究では，同装置で製作した金型の冷却水管について，その内面を遊離砥粒でクリーニングを行う新しい加工法を提案する．まずまじめに，その加工原理と各加工条件が内面性状に与える影響について調べた結果について報告する.<br />出版者照会後に全文公開
