概要: A thin-film structure comprising Al2O3/Al-rich Al2O3/SiO2 was fabricated on Si substrate. We used radio-frequency magnet ron co-sputtering with Al metal plates set on an Al2O3 target to fabricate the Al-rich Al2O 3 thin film, which is used as a charge storage layer for nonvolatile Al2O3 memory. We investigated the charge trapping characteristics of the film. When the applied voltage between the gate and the substrate is increased, the hysteresis window of capacitance-voltage (C-V) characteristics becomes larger, which is caused by the charge trapping in the film. For a fabricated Al-O capacitor structure, we clarified experimentally that the maximum capacitance in the C-V hysteresis agrees well with the series capacitance of insulators and that the minimum capacitance agrees well with the series capacitance of the semiconductor depletion layer and stacked insulator. When the Al content in the Al-rich Al2O3 is increased, a large charge trap density is obtained. When the Al content in the Al-O is changed from 40 to 58%, the charge trap density increases from 0 to 18 × 1018 cm-3, which is 2.6 times larger than that of the trap memory using SiN as the charge storage layer. However, the res earch that focused on link of interface and confusion motion is very little. In contrast, in the field of the cognitive research, a lot of study about confusion is researching as a popular theme since before. These studies use video camera or motion capture system as a method to observation and analysis of confusion [1]. Consequently, in the study, we acquire and analyze confusion seen from aspect of the field of cognitive research, and we have aimed to create some application at the interface. In this regard, in the field of the cognitive research use very largescale system for observe to confusion motion. So, it is difficult to application to interface. For the reason, we experiment on surface Electromyogram. Surface Electromyogram (EMG) is researched new interface and can observe change in muscle force or fine motion for observe of confusion motion. 概要: Introduction Endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal surgery (EETS) is increasingly applied to treat tuberculum sellae meni ngiomas. However, if the tumor adheres firmly to the optic nerve, dissection of the interface between both structures should be prudent to preserve visual function. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether tumor adhesion to the optic nerve can be predicted preoperatively by fast imaging with steady-state acquisition (FIESTA). Methods Twenty-two patients with tuberculum sellae meningioma treated with EETS were retrospectively identified. Clinical characteristics, radiologic studies, intraoperative findings, and outcomes were reviewed from their clinical charts. Results Patients' symptoms included visual function impairment in 18 patients and headaches in 4 patients. Symptoms were resolved in 19 patients after operation. Preoperative radiologic evaluation was performed in 44 sides (22 patients) of the interface between tumors and the optic nerves and showed absence of peritumoral hyperintensity on FIESTA in 7 sides in 7 patients. In 5 of the 7 sides, tumor dissection was complicated by firm adhesion to the optic nerves. Among these cases, visual functions were unchanged in 1 patient after complete removal of the adhesion but substantially improved in 3 patients after partial resection. In the remaining 37 sides with preoperative peritumoral hyperintensity, no adhesion was found between both structures intraoperatively. Conclusions Absence of peritumoral hyperintensity between tuberculum sellae meningioma and the optic nerve on FIESTA may indicate firm adhesion at the interface, severely complicating complete removal. Preoperative recognition of this adhesion is important for safe tumor removal and preservation of visual functions. © 2017 Elsevier Inc.<br />Embargo Period 12 months 続きを見る
