概要: Fritillaria tokushimensis(Liliaceae)was described as new species by Naito(2005). Fritillaria shikokiana and F . muraiana which distribute in the same area, Shikoku Island, are closely related to the new species. These 3 taxa belonging to F . japonica group, resemble morphologically closely and show their differences only in flower. Comparing the new species with the othe two, F . shikokiana and F . muraiana, we conclude that the new plant is a natural hybrid between them, because of many intermediate characters among the numerous morphological characters of their flowers. Namely shape of flower, shape and pattern of outer and inner perianth, process on style and filament are intermediate character. Moreover, 13 of the 33 morphological characters of flower meas-ured in the present study are in intermediate values. Hybrid nature of the plant is also discussed from the point of chromosome number and karyotype, geographical distribution and habitat. 続きを見る

概要: Podostemaceae are an aquatic annual angiosperm family distributed in the tropics and subtropics. The plants grow and strongly adhere on rock surfaces submerged in fast-running water in the rainy season, and flower and set fruits when they are exposed to the air during the dry season. In Japan there are two genera and six species including three endemics, though all of the six and two other species were considered endemic. In recent explorations in Thailand more than 40 species were found, i.e., four times as many as the 10 species previously recognized, suggesting a potentially richer biodiversity. More than half of about 54 genera in Podostemaceae are mono- or bispecific, indicating outstanding differences between species. Enigmas in the systematics, biogeography, and body-plan morphology are reviewed. 続きを見る

概要: 金沢大学医薬保健研究域薬学系<br />マオウ科のEphedra sinica Stapf, E. intermedia Schrenk et C.A.Meyerおよび中国産のE. distachya L.の種間差を明らかにする目的で,中国 の主として内蒙古自治区と青海省で採集したマオウ属植物を外部および内部形態学的に検討した。その結果,E. sinicaと中国産のE. distachyaは同一種であること,E. sinicaとE. intermediaは内部形態的に茎の皮層中の繊維束数と髄中の繊維数の2要素を考慮することにより明確に区別できること,この形質によってこれら2種に由来する市場品や毬果のない押葉標本の種同定か可能であること,E. sinicaが分布するとされる青海省東部で採集したマオウ属植物はすべてE. intermediaでありE. sinicaは確認できなかったこと,青海省産E. intermediaの毬果のない小型株がE. sinicaと同定されたと考えられること,よって青海省東部の竜羊峡地区などで採集される麻黄の原植物はE. intermediaと考えられること,などが明らかになった。 Ephedra plants collected mainly in Inner Mongolia and Qinghai Province, China, were studied morphologically to clarify the specific differences between E. sinica Stapf, E. intermedia Schrenk et C.A.Meyer, and E. distachya L. recorded in China. The results obtained were as follows: E. sinica and E. distachya recorded in China were the same species; E. sinica and E. intermedia could be stem-anatomically distinguished from each other by examining both the number of fiber bundles in the cortex and the number of fibers in the pith into account, and the species of commercial samples of Ma-huang as well as sterile herbarium specimens that include no cones were identified by this method; All Ephedra plants collected in the eastern region of Qinghai Province, where E. sinica was reported to be distributed, were identified as E. intermedia; The limited plant of E. intermedia without cones collected in the east of Qinghai Province might possibly have been identified as E. sinica in the past; The plant origin of the Ma-huang produced in Qinghai Province, which is collected in the eastern regions such as Longyangxia district, was thought to be E. intermedia. 続きを見る

概要: 金沢大学附属病院放射線部<br />MR imaging is an important method for the diagnosis of diseases caused by various cerebral pathologies . Assessment of the volume reduction such as cerebral atrophy, SDAT (Senile Dementia of Alzheimer Type) and OPCA (Olivopontocerebellar atrophy) is very important in clinical practice. However, the assessment of the atrophy used to be performed by manual measurement or visual evaluation. Therefore, in order to diagnose by quantitative assessment, it is desirable to measure the regional volume automatically. In this study, we investigated an automated segmentation method of cerebellum and brainstem on MR images using morphological information. An automated method was consisted of the following three steps: (1) segmentation of the brain on MR images (2) segmentation of the cerebellum and brainstem on the brain images using mathematical morphology (3) correction of errors on the segmented images using 3-D information. The results indicated that the regions obtained by automated segmentation method were visually similar to those by manual method. An average of the rate of correctly recognized regions is over 70%. However, an average of the rate of unrecognized regions is over 10%. If segmentation accuracy is improved moreover, our method may provide the quantitative diagnostic information. 続きを見る

概要: 金沢大学医学部<br />目的:高齢者における発生時の褥瘡の形態と褥瘡発生要因との関係、難治性褥瘡の形態的分類とその特徴から見た看護ケアとの関連を明らかにすることを目的とした。対象:褥瘡部の写真を撮る許可を得られ、発生直後から創部を観察でき た115名(男性37名、女性78名)で平均年齢±SDは81.4±7.0歳の入院患者である。主な疾患は脳血管障害であった。方法:1.正常治癒過程を辿った褥瘡の実態と形態的に分類、2.難治性の治癒過程を辿った褥瘡の実態と形態的に分類、3.褥瘡の治癒過程と看護ケアの関連から調査した。深度分類にはNPUAP分類を用いた。なお、ここでいう難治性褥瘡とは、1年以上経過していても治癒に至らない褥瘡とした。結果:1.正常治癒過程を辿った褥瘡では、発生部位は仙骨が44部位と最も多かった。深度別では、治癒期間はStageI〜1Vの順に長期間要した。ポケット形成はStageIIIとIVに認め、全周に形成したのはStageIVのみであった。形態的治癒過程をみると、StageIは発赤の色調によって3つに、StageIIは壊死組織の有無によって2つに、StageIIIはポケットの有無によって2つに、StageIV壊死組織の付着方法とポケットの形状によって5つにパターン化された。2.難治性の治癒過程を辿った褥瘡15部位の実態と形態的に分類では、発生部位は仙骨、尾骨、大転子部、坐骨結節であった。治癒遅延の状態として、肉芽の増殖が遅延や、創縁の肥厚・角化・浸軟・緊張があった。形態的には、表皮化、ポケットの治癒、肉芽の増殖から6つにパターン化された。3.褥瘡の治癒過程と看護ケアの関連から分析では、圧、ずれ、清潔、体位変換のケアを介入することで停滞していた治癒が促進し、仙骨部では拘縮があることによって治癒期間が長期化する傾向があった。以上の結果から、創治癒パターン化したことで、新たな褥瘡の治癒分類が導き出され、これを使用することで治癒を予測でき、効果的なケア介入が可能となる。<br />Purpose: We analyzed the morphology of pressure ulcer and the factor influencing the development of pressure ulcer in elderly patients, to clarify the relationship between morphological stage of incurable pressure ulcer and the care management.Objects: Objects were 115 patients (male 37, female 78) who admitted, mainly by cardiovascular diseases in hospital. Mean age and SD was 81.4± 7.0 tear and the informed consent for photographic examination was taken from all patients.Methods: 1. The pressure ulcered cured in standard, course were classified by the region, the stages of ulcer, and morphology. 2. The pressure ulcers which were incurable for more than one year were classified as same manner. 3. The relationship between the curable course of the pressure ulcer and the care management was analyzed. Staging of depth of pressure ulcers was classified by NPIJAP classification. Result: 1 Main region seen in the pressure ulcers that were normally cured in standard course was sacral region (44 patients). Duration for cure was increased with stage of depth. Formation of the pocket was detected in stage II and IV and the pocket surrounding all margins was only found in stage IV. Stage I was categorized into two subgroup by the degree of redness, stage II into two by the presence of necrotic tissue, stage II into three by the presence of pocket formation, and stage IV into five by the condition of attachment of the necrotic tissue and morphology of pocket.The 13 pressure ulcers incurable within one year were found at sacrum, coccyx, major trochanter, and ischial tuberosities. The etiology of prolonged for cure was estimated to be an in sufficient proliferation of granuloma, thickness, maceration, hyperketoratosis and tension at ulcer margin. The ulcer was morphologically categorized into six subgroups by the epithelization, the cure stage of pocket, and the proliferation of granuloma.3. From the analysis of the relationship between curable course of the pressure ulcer and care management, the introduction of care management with improvement of pressure, slipping, cleanness, and the change of position accelerated the cure of pressure ulcer. The curative period of pressure ulcer at sacrum with contraction was tendency to be long.From these results, a new classification in stage of curative pressure ulcer was found by the categorization of pressure ulcer in the curative stage.
