概要: We develop vibration measuring equipment using high accurate inclimeter sensor that was not used in the past studies rel ated to MEMS sensor. Since high accurate inclimeter sensor has higher resolution and lower self-noises than general MEMS sensors, it is able to measure slighter vibration than the MEMS sensors. In order to examine performance of the equipment developed in this study, vibration characteristics of wooden house is investigated by measurement by using the equipment and servo type accelerometer. Natural frequencies of Fourier spectra of acceleration waves measured by this equipment are mostly corresponded to that measured by the servo type accelerometer. Moreover, natural frequencies of transfer function evaluated by servo type accelerometer are close to those of Fourier spectra.<br />本研究では,これまでのMEMSセンサに関する研究で用いられていない高精度傾斜センサによる振動測定装置を試作した.高精度傾斜センサは一般的なMEMSセンサと比べて分解能が高く,自己ノイズも小さいため,従来よりも小さな振動を測定することができる. 試作した振動測定装置の性能を調べるためにサーボ型加速度計とともに,木造建物の常時微動を測定し,加速度フーリエスペクトルから建物の振動特性を評価した.これらの装置の計測波形から求めたフーリエスペクトルの固有振動数は概ね一致した.また,サーボ型加速度計で評価した伝達関数の固有振動数はフーリエスペクトルの固有振動数と近い値となった. 続きを見る

概要: 南海・南海地震発生時には,地震に伴う揺れと津波の発生が想定される.わが国の大都市では,水道水源を河川に求めている例が多いが,地震に伴う津波の遡上により取水停止と取水停止に伴う浄水処理の停止を余儀なくされる可能性がある.このことから筆者らは前 報で,浄水処理停止による浄水処理性能への影響を,溶存酸素やアンモニア態窒素を指標にして実験的に検証した.本稿では,前報に引き続き東南海・南海地震における浄水場のリスクを評価するために,主要な浄水処理プロセスであるろ過池,沈澱池を模型により再現し,振動台を用いて地震動が浄水処理機能に与える影響について実験的に把握した.Water supply system is one of the most important infrastructures as a key lifeline which supplies tap water for drinking and city activities. Even if incase of disaster, it has a important mission such as emergency water supply and supplying water for fire-fighting and medical use. On the other hand, there are several risks such as Tonankai-Nankai earthquakes. Restarting water treatment as soon as possible contributes to minimizing social influence of disaster. Such a situation is considered, we estimate the influence on water treatment by seismic motion, and discuss the recovery strategy from the view point of Business Continuity Plan. 続きを見る

概要: 過去の地震被害から不均一性が高い地盤において,地中構造物の被害が多いことがわかっており,埋設管の耐震検討には地盤の不均一性(地盤構成や硬軟の変化域)を考慮することが求められている.水道施設耐震工法指針・解説2009年度版においても不均一度係 数が定められており,この不均一度係数について,近年の地震である平成16年新潟県中越地震および平成19年新潟県中越沖地震による水道管の被害データと地盤データを用いた解析を行い検証を行った.また,微地形分類図における微地形境界部に管路被害が集中していることに着目し,境界部と境界以外との被害率を比較した.その結果より,境界部で被害率が高くなる傾向を確認し,微地形境界部の不均一度係数を検討した. This study is focusing on a non-uniformity coefficient of ground in the earthquake-resistant of a water pipeline. A lot of earthquake damage occurs at high non-uniformity ground. Therefore it is necessary to consider non-uniformity at the earthquake-resistant of the underground pipeline. By using a microtopography classification, non-uniformity coefficient in the boundary in the microtopography is studied. As a result, earthquake damage rate of underground pipeline at the boundary of the microtopography tends to be high. Therefore, the non-uniformity at the boundary can be obtained from a kind of microtopography and the boundary condition. 続きを見る

概要: 近年の地震による水道管被害は, ダクタイル鋳鉄管の継手抜け出しによる事例が多く報告されている. ダクタイル鋳鉄管は, 抜け出し防止機能を有する耐震継手, 有しない非耐震継手とに大きく分類され, 耐震継手の被害報告は無い. 非耐震継手は, 主 に製造年代と口径により継手形式が異なることから, 被害率と継手形式とは関係があるものと推測される.  本稿は, ダクタイル鋳鉄管の継手別被害から耐震適合性の新たな判断指標を提案することを目的とした研究の一環として, 継手別の抜け出し抵抗力の違いを実験により求め, 既往の研究との対比を行った. その結果, ダクタイル鋳鉄管の抜け出し抵抗力は継手によって差があることを明らかにした. In recent year, most of water pipe damages caused by earthquakes have been reported by pull out at joint. Ductile iron pipe are classified as mechanical type for earthquake-proof or non-earthquake-proof joint and slip-on type for non-e-proof joint. The earthquake proof joint never been damaged in the past earthquakes but the damage for another types of joint occurred frequently. Since the type of joint depends on the manufaction age and pipe diameter. Therefore, it could be estimated the relation between the damage rate and joint type. This paper focused on this issue. The resistance force against pull out at joint was clarified by the experiments and the results are discussed. Finally the earthquake adaptability for the different joint types is proposed. 続きを見る

概要: 2006年に耐震改修促進法が改正され,行政において,住宅の耐震診断・耐震改修の促進が図られている.しかし,密集市街地では,耐震補強の方法や費用の面,建築基準法の接道規定により建替えや改築が困難な場合がある.そこで,本研究では,建築事業者を対 象としたアンケート調査により,確保すべき耐震性能の程度に関する認識及び耐震化が促進される可能性のある低廉で簡易な耐震補強方法に関する賛否を確認するとともに,住民を対象としたアンケート調査により,セットバックに関する方策を提案し,賛否を確認した.その結果,建築事業者は行政よりも安全側の考えであることが判明した.また,住民の耐震化意向には,接道の狭あい状況やセットバックの程度はほとんど影響しないことが判明した.Law on promotion of renovation for earthquake-resistant structures was revised in 2006. Since then administrative agencies have been promoting seismic diagnosis and retrofit of houses. But citizens living in densely built-up areas cannot rebuild their houses because of their economic reasons and Building Standards Act regulations. Therefore, we conducted questionnaire surveys of construction companies located in Ishikawa Prefecture and citizens living in Kanazawa City. The results of surveys show that many construction companies are not in favor of simple method of seismic retrofit, and that width of roads hardly influence the citizens' consciousness to renovation for earthquake-resistant structures. 続きを見る

概要: We propose a method to estimate amplification factor at an arbitrary point to obtain the spatial distribution of JMA seismic intensity including nonobservation sites. The amplification factor of JMA seismic intensity is estimated using the records from a high-density strong motion network. We compare the seismic intensities observed at some stations in Kanazawa city during the past earthquakes with those estimated calculated by seismic intensity at a reference station and amplification factor of each site. 概要: The present paper deals with earthquake damage to residential lands. Althogh a failure of residential lands induced damage to houses and buildings extensively, it has not been paid attention well so far. The authors have investigated the damage to residential lands after the 1995 Hyogoken-Nambu earthquake. The analysis of damage to residential lands in the 2001 Geiyo and the 1995 Hyogoken-Nambu earthquakes in Japan and the 1999 Quindio earthquake in Colombia was conducted by using old edition topographical maps in various eras. 続きを見る

概要: The present paper deals with building damages near fault rupture. The great fault ruptures appeared and severe building damage occurred in the 1999 Chi-Chi earthquake in Taiwan. To determine the degree of damage and relation between damage pattern and surface rupture, a survey was conducted around Fonyuan, Wufong and Chaotuen where the damage to buildings was severe and the fault scarp appeared at the ground surface. Survey of fault, damage evaluation of buildings and micro tremor measurements were conducted in the study area. The effect of distance from fault rupture on the damage level of buildings was discussed. 続きを見る
