圧的封建支配vs.農民による下からの自由獲得のための闘争といったこれまで好まれた構図を見直し，1300年前後のスイス中央山岳地域でのスイス史の前提的現象の再検討，また15世紀後半におけるハプスブルク家による地域秩序の形成とそれへの上部ライン貴族の関与についての考察により，新たなスイス史像に一定の展望を得た。<br />I analyzed the existence form of the Habsburgs and the local nobility in the formative process of the Swiss Confederacy from the viewpoint of the policy in front of Austria spread out by the Habsburgs from the end of the 13th century to the end of the 15th century. Especially with the intention of reconsidering the favorable plot that the peasants who work hard to acquire the freedom directly opposed to the oppressive feudal control by the Habsburgs, I reexamined the incidents in a mountainous region of central Switzerland around 1300 as precondition of the Swiss history and investigated the formation of the regional order by the Habsburgs and the cooperative local nobility in the upper Rhine. 研究では，15世紀後半以降について史料が示す「宮廷裁判」の機能に着目し，スイス北西部においてはなおハプスブルク家が在地貴族ともども地域秩序の形成に主導力を発揮し，敵対関係にあったと考えられている都市バーゼルとも依存関係にあったことを明らかにした。<br />I analyzed the relation of the Habsburgs and the local nobilities to the formative process of the Swiss Confederacy from the viewpoint of the formation of local order. Were they the impeditive factors in the creation of the Swiss state as commonly accepted? This study, through paying attention to the functions of the “ducal court” that is documented from the second half of the fifteenth century, pointed out that the Habsburgs with the local nobilities demonstrated their leading abilities to the formation of local order in the northwest of Switzerland and that the Habsburgs and the city of Basel, which was supposed hostile to the Habsburgs, were interdependent.<br />研究課題/領域番号:25370854, 研究期間(年度):2013-04-01 - 2016-03-31

合された農村領域を対象に考察した。その結果,バーゼルは旧来の農民自治の構造をそのまま継承して領域形成の基盤としたこと,農民自治組織のあり方には旧ハプスブルク系貴族の影響力が強く働いていたことなどが明らかになった。<br />I analyzed the characteristics of the state building in Switzerland from the perspective of the relations between cities and villages areas in the late Middle Ages. The formation of the territory by the leading cities could make up the base of the state building in Switzerland. Then, how could the cities integrate villages areas? This study focused on the villages areas integrated by the city of Basle. As a result, it became clear that the succession to the old structure of the autonomy of the peasants laid the foundation of the formation of the territory for Basle and that the autonomous organization of the peasants was under the great influence of the nobility who had had relation to the House of Habsburg.<br />研究課題/領域番号:22520740, 研究期間(年度):2010-2012
