概要: 金沢大学人間社会研究域歴史言語文化学系<br />古代日本と中国唐代における交通検察体制の検討を行い、ヒト・モノ・情報の移動の様相と、これが社会に与えていた影響の一端を解明した。北宋天聖令の発見・出版をうけ、現在は散逸している唐の関市令を復 … 原し、日本令・唐令・北宋令の比較検討を行った。さらに日唐における通行証の具体像を検討した。また、情報の伝播という観点から、漢籍の受容についても考察した。以上の研究成果を、学会報告や著書として発表した。<br />I have researched the traffic inspection system in ancient Japan and Chinese Tang, and made clear the aspect of the movement of human,thing and information. Since the publication of Tian Sheng Statues, I restored the Tang “Statutes on Barriers and Markets” and made advance in comparative study of the Japanese and the Tang and the Song legal codes. In addition, I researched the passports in ancient Japan and Tang, and considered the reception of Chinese authors from the viewpoint of the spread of information. 概要: 金沢大学人間社会研究域歴史言語文化学系<br />本研究では、古代日本と中国唐王朝における禁軍である衛府を対象とし、主に法制比較の手法を取って、両者の比較検討を行った。その結果、軍事徴発・軍事力管理・軍事儀礼などの観点から、中央軍事力の特色 … の一端を解明した。さらに北宋天聖令研究の深化を踏まえて、現在は散逸している唐の宮衛令の復原を推進した。加えて、唐令の復原根拠となる各史料自体の再検証も行った。以上の研究成果を、学会報告や著書として発表した。<br />In this study, I compared the Forbidden Troops which was called Efu in Ancient Japan and Tang China by taking the technique of the legislation comparison mainly. As a result, from the viewpoint of military requisition, armaments management, military affairs courtesy, I elucidated one end of the characteristic of the central armaments. Furthermore, based on deepening of the research of Tensei Rei 天聖令, I promoted the reconstruction of Kyuei Rei 宮衛令 of Tang China. In addition, I re-inspected each historical materials which become the reconstruction basis of the Tang law.
