方法について検討するとともに、国際機関や海外の国内人権機関等における人権影響評価の実践例を調査した。その研究成果は、各メンバーがそれぞれ関連する研究論文の発表や学会報告を行ったほか、国際人権法学会においてインタレストグループ報告を2回行うとともに、2020年2月に海外ゲストを招聘して開催した「ビジネスと人権」に関する国際シンポジウムで発表した。<br />The purpose of this study is to clarify the theory and methodology of human rights impact assessment. 金沢大学人間社会研究域法学系<br />本研究期間中、“Global Health and Human Rights Project”に参画し、健康権の国際判例データベース（http://www.globalhealthrights.org

/）の作成に関わるとともに、判例の分析を行った。また、“Monitoring the Right to Health : A Multi-Country Study Project”に参画し、健康権の指標を用いて日本の健康権遵守の状況のモニタリングを行うとともに、プロジェクトメンバーとともにプロジェクト成果をまとめ図書出版した。その他、本研究課題に関して国内で論文発表及び学会報告も行った。<br />I took part in the Global Health and Human Rights Project which has been developed and managed by the Lawyers Collective and the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University and I have contributed in the set up a database （http://www.globalhealthrights.org/）. I also participated in Monitoring the Right to Health: A Multi-Country Study Project under the presidency of Dr. Brigit Toebes (Groningen University), and I monitored the right to health in Japan and published this research outcome with other project members. のデータベース化に関する共同研究に着手した。<br />I have investigated materials on the optional protocol to the international convention on economic, social and cultural rights and the special rapporteur on the right to health and I have examined the right to health indicators which have been developed by the committee on economic, social and cultural rights and the OHCHR.
