金沢大学附属病院整形外科<br />脂肪由来幹細胞シートを用いた新しい半月板縫合術についてウサギ内側半月板を用いて研究をおこなった。脂肪由来幹細胞シートを併用してもウサギ内側半月板を組織学的に治癒することは困難であった。一方、半月板亜全摘後に脂肪由来幹細胞シートを半月板欠損部に留置することで、対照群と比較して有意に大きい半月板様組織が再生した。脂肪由来幹細胞シートが滑膜組織が侵入する足場となりうる可能性を見出した。<br />A new menisca … l repair using a adipose derived stem cell sheet was investigated using a rabbit medial meniscus.It was difficult to cure the medial meniscus of the rabbit histologically even when adipose derived stem cell sheet was used in combination. On the other hand, by placing the adipose-derived stem cell sheet in the meniscal defect site after subtotal meniscectomy, the meniscal-like tissue significantly larger than the control group was regenerated.
