クライエントがカウンセリングでどう変化していくのかを心拍変動のスペクトル解析で分析した。1回の傾聴カウンセリングによって不安の減少や気分の安定が得られ、心拍数が低下し、副交感神経が活性化し、全体としてはリラックスする方向へ変化した。生理的データはばらつきが大きく、活性化する方向へ変化する人もいた。クライエントとカウンセラーの変化の方向性については、今回の分析方法では6割前後の一致であった。<br />We analyzed how the clients chan … ge in counseling by pulse rate variability. Once listening counseling resulted in decreased anxiety and mood stability, reduced heart rate, activated parasympathetic nerves, and turned towards relaxation as a whole. Physiological data were highly variable, and some people were changing towards activation.
