In addition, music provision assimilating the conceptof community music therapy is important to provide well-being by improving humanrelations. This study was performed to develop a music activity training program for careworkers adopting the concept of community music therapy, based on prior research, suchas learning theory, and to evaluate its reliability, validity, and feasibility.Method: The reliability and validity of the program were investigated using an anonymousquestionnaire by five music therapists for senior adults. Music activity training was givento 17 care workers, and the effects of the program were investigated using the anonymousquestionnaires.Results: In the evaluation by music therapists, all most intraclass correlation coefficientswere ≥ 0.8. Without music experience, the feasibility was consistently considered low. Aftermusic activity training, there was a significant reduction in number of care workers whothought that “the number of people who can provide musical activities is limited,” and thedegree of understanding of the concept of community music therapy increased significantly(p < 0.05).Discussion: The evaluation results of the care workers and music therapists indicated thatthe content of the program was valid and it was deemed feasible. While care workers’knowledge and confidence regarding music activity increased slightly, it will be necessaryto adjust the content of the program and add music activity practices.

来の排尿管理、介入群には排尿日誌と膀胱容量および残尿の測定によるモニタリングを基に排尿自立支援を行った。結果：介入群は対照群に比べて尿路感染症の発生率が有意に低く（5.0% vs. 10.9%）、尿路感染症発生者は在院日数（45.0±22.5 vs. 22.1±20.8）が有意に長かった。結論：排尿自立支援により尿道カテーテルの早期抜去、尿路感染症の発生抑制が可能であることが示唆された。<br />Objective: This study evaluated the effectiveness of a comprehensive continence care program for the removal of indwelling catheters. Method: Participants were elderly patients with indwelling catheters in an acute hospital. Intervention was comprised of early catheter removal, tailored ultrasound-assisted prompted voiding, and intermittent catheterization and was based on the individual’s bladder volume as monitored with an ultrasound device and a voiding diary. The control group received existing continence care. Result: The incidence of UTIs in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group (5.0% vs. 10.9%). The length of hospital stay for patients with UTIs was significantly longer than that in patients without UTIs (45.0±22.5 vs. 22.1±20.8). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that comprehensive continence care for the removal of indwelling catheters lowered the incidence of UTIs by reducing the number of days elderly patients have indwelling catheters.<br />研究課題/領域番号:25463544, 研究期間(年度):2013-04-01 - 2017-03-31

アセスメントして排尿行動の自立にむけて取り組んだ。その結果、高齢患者が排尿自立して退院、もしくは次への情報提供に繋げることが出来た。これらより生活機能の維持・拡大につながる有用性が示唆された。<br />This study was intended to develop the diaper criteria for selection for elderly patents in consideration of an urination pattern and care burden reduction. A nurse performed assessment of an urination function for an elderly patient after hospitalization or an operation in a hospital from an early stage and wrestled for the independence of the urination action. As a result, I urinated, and an elderly patient became independent and was able to connect to a discharge or the reporting to next.
