Elovl6 KO のBMMにおいて増殖と分化の促進、加えて成熟破骨細胞での骨吸収機能の活性化がみられた。この際、典型的な分化マーカーは大きな変化はなかったが、細胞周期に関連する遺伝子の発現が上昇していた。さらに骨芽細胞においても増殖および分化に亢進がみられ、特に分化後期で発現する遺伝子の発現が増加していた。したがって脂肪酸の組成変化がエネルギー代謝や細胞周期に影響を与え細胞の増殖や分化を調節すると考えられる。<br />In BMM of Elovl6 KO, … it is promotion of proliferation and differentiation. In addition, activation of the bone resorption function in mature osteoclasts was observed. At this time, there was no change with a typical differentiation marker, but expression of the gene relevant to a cell cycle was increasing. Furthermore, proliferation and differentiation were accelerating also in osteoblasts.
