今後の在宅医療では，疾病の治療とともに地域における患者の生活支援が重要な目的として位置付けられる。本研究では，高齢社会における医療需要の変化に対応した在宅医療のあり方について医療給付と提供体制の側面から検討を進め、医療を受ける者の利益の観点から，医療給付のあり方，高齢社会に対応した医療提供体制を考察するとともに，在宅医療の整備・拡充に必要な専門医の養成・認定，医療計画の役割，費用負担のあり方について検討した。<br />The purpose of home he … alth care is not only cure and treatment but also support of daily-living for patients in community.
