も、いくつかの差異があり、一 定のパター ンが認められる。先行研究によって、翻訳者は想定読者層、文体、人物像の3 点に配慮して翻訳を行っていると分かった C 本稿では、原文の翻訳にはそれら3 点が関連 していると仮定し、4冊の『星の王子さま』の日本語翻訳を用いて検証した。想定読者層では学習指導要領を参考に、訳文中の漢字の難解さ、ルビの有無によって、どの学年を想定しているか、大人向けか子供向けかを分析した。次に文体では地の文を比較し、敬体か常体か、また「硬い文体」か「柔らかい文体」かを分類した。人間像では登場人物の呼称を表にし、それぞれの翻訳での人物像の特徴を示した。結果として、文体については 一 部不一 致なところもあったが、3 点全てにおいて、原文の翻訳が関連する差異パタ ー ンがあると言えた。以上から、仮説は成 り立っているといえる。

き作品として人気を博している。また、日本では1953年に内藤濯訳 による『星の王子さま』が最初に出版され、2005年に著作権保護期間が終了し、それ以降日本語だけでも少なくとも20人の訳者によって翻訳されている。筆者自身も、2~ 3冊の別の訳者によるものを読んだ経験があるが、訳者が違うと作品の印象もかなり変化する。刊行されている書籍には小説版と絵本の2種類があり、 もともと児童文学である作品を、絵本、つまり更に小さい子ども向けに翻訳するとどうなるのかということに輿味を持ち、地の文の文体や漢字の使用量、内容の省略の程度、小説版と絵本版での表現の違いなどの観点から調査した。

My study of this letters has made the image of Lukacs as man and thinker richer. As many of the letters concern themselves in translation of Lukacs' works, a new channel to the history of his reception in Japan has been opened through their study. 日本近代文学におけるアイルランド文学の受容の特徴を、朝鮮文学・台湾文学におけるアイルランド文学の受容及びアイルランド劇の翻訳・翻案・上演の事例とを比較・分析することで、植民地における人々の生活や社会問題が、東アジア圏の近代文学のなかでどのように焦点化・問題化されたのかを明らかにした。<br />By empirically clarifying the reception of and transformations to Irish literature in the peasant literature of Japan, I examine the characteristics of regional drama movements in Japan from the post-Great Kanto Earthquake period to the mobilisation period during wartime. Furthermore, by comparing the characteristics of the reception of Irish literature in modern Japanese literature with examples of the translation, adaptation, and performance of Irish literature in Korea and Taiwan, I clarify how both people’s lives and social issues in colonized areas were examined and problematized in the modern literature of East Asia. ンド、イギリス、日本における資料調査と専門家との研究情報交換を行い、新資料を発掘・整理した。その研究成果を公開するために、研究分担者と共にシンポジウム及びワークショップを計三回開催したほか、国際学術集会や国際ワークショップを含む国内外の学会で研究発表を行った。それらの研究発表における議論の結果を『日本近代文学』『比較文学』等査読付学会誌で発表し、著書『越境する想像力 日本近代文学とアイルランド』にまとめた。<br />Among early twentieth century plays with Japan as their theme that were performed in English-speaking countries, works by Kan Kikuchi and Torahiko Kori showed transformation--through translation and performance of Japanese plays in English--owing to changes in cultural and linguistic settings. Research was conducted in Ireland, the United Kingdom, and Japan, and the findings were exchanged with experts in order to discover and summarize new data. To publish this research, three symposiums/workshops were held with co-researchers in addition to presentation of the results at domestic and international conferences, including international academic meetings and workshops. だけが特異的に阻害された。N110のNS1は核外輸送に欠損を持っていた。WSN株NS1蛋白に加え、N端110残基(N110)、C端190残基(C190)、及び66-77残基目の欠損(d112)蛋白を大腸菌で発現・単離した。NS1蛋郷はA,、C-、及びG-キナーゼを用いてリン酸化した。ウサギ網状赤血球ライセートにウイルス感染細胞から精製したmRNAを添加、in vitroの翻訳に於けるNS1蛋白の機能を解析した。wt-NS1はin vitro翻訳系でNPとM1の翻訳を強く促進し、NS1の翻訳は弱く促進した。いずれのキナーゼもNS1蛋白をリン酸化したが、リン酸化により翻訳促進活性は有意に増加した。N110-NS1蛋白はin vitroで翻訳を促進し、C190-NS1蛋白は翻訳促進活性が欠損していた。NS1のN端側131残基及び151残基の下流に自己切断活性を持つ17残基の2Aプロテアーゼ配列を挟んでCAT遺伝子を挿入したNS2ACATウイルスを作成した[NS(131)2ACAT及びNS(151)CAT]。NS(131)2ACATウイルスは非温度感受性で、NS(151)CATウィルスは温度感受性となり、マウスに対して高度に弱毒化された。感染細胞内ではNS1とCATの融合蛋白を発現した後、直ちに自己切断され成熟型蛋白となった。感染24時間後にはCAT蛋白の50%が培養上精中に検出された。マウス肺ではウイルスの僅かな複製とCATの発現が確認され、血中1gG抗体価の僅かな上昇が見られた。当該ウイルス感染マウスは、致死量のWSNウイルス感染に対し完全に感染防御がみられた。<br />Influenza virus NS1 protein stimulates translation of some viral proteins in vivo, Interaction among the NS1 protein, host translational initiation factors, and 5'-UTR of viral mRNA may be involved in this regulation. The NS1 protein is a phosphoprotein, however, it is not clear whether the phosphorylation is required for this activity.We have obtained some NS1 mutant viruses using our reverse genetic system. Characterization pf these viruses indicated that dl12, which deletes 12 residues near N terminus of the NS1 protein, showed temperature-sensitive phenotype and the translation of all viral proteins was interfered. N110 virus, which deletes 52% of the C-terminus of the NS1 protein, has defect in the translation of the late viral proteins. We have also analyzed the phosphorylation in the virus-infected cells by using several protein kinase inhibitors. However the phoshorylation of the NS1 protein was not significantly interfered in that system.We have then analyzed the phosphorylati on of the NS1 protein in vitro using purified A-, C-, or G-kinases. The NS1 protein was obtained by expression from plasmid DNA in E. coli and followed by affinity purification. Translational regulation by the NS1 protein was analyzed using rabbit reticulocyte lysate system in vitro. In this experiment, mRNAs were purified from WSN virus-infected MDBK cells. The NS1 protein was phosphorylated by either A-, C-, or G-kinases in vitro. Unphosphorylated NS1 protein was shown to stimulate the translation of the M1 and NP proteins. In addition, phosphorylation of the NS1 protein significantly stimulated this activity, indicating that the phosphorylation of the NS1 is not essential but important for the regulation. Relatively lower effect was observed for the translation of the NS1 using this system. We have then analyzed the NS1 mutants. The N110 NS1 was shown to stimulate the translation in vitro. C190 NS1, which deletes N-terminal 40 residues, has defect in that activity.
